Welcome to Savoring Scapes: A Space for Inspiration and Creation

Hi, I'm Olinda and Savoring Scapes is a personal project dedicated to two of my greatest passions: food and travel.


It's a space where you can find real, nourishing recipes. These are real food recipes that I prepare at home. In my kitchen, it's all about a big mix of influences and origins, from family recipes to dishes from all over the world, but mostly Mediterranean recipes that blend tradition with a healthy twist.


My recipes embrace a bit of everything: from meat and fish dishes to vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. They're all quick and easy to make without sacrificing flavor, and they use simple, easily available ingredients with minimal prep time.


Savoring Scapes is also a place where I share a bit about my travels. Over the years, my travel pace has slowed down. I've come to realize that I enjoy spending more time in one place, preferably somewhere less crowded, and taking the time to appreciate it, rather than rushing from one place to another.
